A Little Nauti - Navy and White

When I told my husband I wanted him to shoot some "nauti" photos, he got excited. He's so easy. But aren't they all? Imagine his disappointment when he realized I wanted pictures of nautical, not naughty, wear. Oh well...in his dreams.

 There's a correlation between fashion and interior design styling in my world. I finished decorating the house for summer (see "Going Coastal: Summer Decor Part I" post, 4/4/13) and now I want to wear nautical clothing. Helping me with this is my new Michael Kors purse and some new gold jewelry from Juicy Couture. I tried to resist the navy and white purse, but then I had a dream about it (nightmarish -- dreamt that they were all sold out) so I knew it had to come home with me.

I had every intention of showing you a number of outfits that I will wear with this purse. In fact, the outfits and accessories are laid out upstairs ready to go. But it's the first weekend of AZ Bike Week and the motorcycles are also ready and waiting (along with the impatient husband).  Steppenwolf (ya know, the "Born to be Wild" band) takes the stage tonight at Harley of Scottsdale...Gotta go!
That's me yesterday; different venue than tonight's but lots of fun! The bright orange wristband is not a chosen accessory; just means I'm old enough to drink if I want to do so. And that's my oh-so-pretty bike behind me.

    I'm still laughing, this post just made my day. It was great to see the humorous (and reckless or should I say wild?) side of you. My husband will get a kick out of this as well. I love your 'nauti' look. I can tell we would be great friends, I have those same kind of dreams.
